Testing & Recruiting Indonesian Welders
Jakarta, March 26, 2025 — PT Graha Pandu Persada (PT GPP) is proud to have successfully supported the recruitment and technical testing of 20 skilled Indonesian welders, selected for employment opportunities with a reputable industrial partner in Poland.
The qualification tests took place on March 24–25, 2025, at PT GPP’s testing and training facility in Kemayoran, Jakarta. Over two intensive days, candidates were evaluated on welding techniques, accuracy, strength, and safety compliance — under the supervision of both local experts and visiting technical consultants.
Opening Pathways from Indonesia to Europe
This initiative is part of PT GPP’s ongoing commitment to connect Indonesian talent with global industrial opportunities, especially in markets like Poland where demand for experienced, certified welders continues to grow.
By managing local sourcing, pre-screening, coordination of documentation, and onsite technical assessments, PT GPP ensures that both the workers and international employers experience a smooth, transparent, and high-quality recruitment process.

Partnering with Precision
PT GPP’s role included:
Selecting candidates from a nationwide pool of qualified applicants
Coordinating accommodation, travel, and testing logistics
Hosting the hands-on testing process in Jakarta
Assisting in visa and work permit preparations (in collaboration with Polish partners)
Ensuring all candidates meet European welding standards and are job-ready
The 20 selected welders are expected to depart for Poland in Q2 2025, where they will begin work on long-term industrial and infrastructure projects.
